I led the full scope, from technical research and workshop facilitation to token migration, MCP automation and a custom LLM agent that executes Design System operations directly in Figma. Every decision I made was architectural: built to scale, built to last, built for the team that comes after me.

I owned the component architecture for Orion, defining how every component maps to React through slots and variant properties. I established design-to-code parity with Storybook, led the first production integration, and rolled the system across every major product. In parallel, I migrated 18 legacy skins while cutting theme production time in half.
